STUDENTS` SATISFACTION TOWARD EDUCATION SERVICE OF SRISASANAVITAVA PARIYATIDHAM SCHOOL, MUEANG DISTRICT, UBONRATCHATHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was as following: 1) to study satisfaction toward providing educational service, 2) to compare satisfaction toward providing educational service as classified by age, education levels, and grade point average, 3) to collect the suggestions, problems and obstacles on satisfaction toward providing educational service of Phrapariyattidham Srisasana Vitaya school, Mueng District, UbonRatchathani Province. The population of this study was 380 students of PhrapariyattidhamSrisasanaVitaya school, Mueng District, UbonRatchathani Province. The sample group used in this study was 191 students of Phrapariyattidham Srisasana Vitayaschool, Mueng District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The research instruments was questionnaire of five levels for 30 items. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test and One-WAN ANOVA .
The results of this research were as following: 1) the satisfaction toward providing educational service of Phrapariyattidham Srisasana Vitaya school, Mueng District, Ubon Ratchathani Province was of totally high level. 2) Students with different ages had different satisfaction toward providing educational service at 0.05 level of statistical significance, but students with different education levels and GPA had no statistical significance. 3) the suggestions toward providing educational service to students were as following: the school should improve on the system of educational service provision and set up the clear division of working in office.
