Abstract

This article presents an in-depth overview of principles and theories related to change management within the context of modern organizations. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the nature of change, preparing for it strategically, and implementing it successfully?both structurally and behaviorally. The article discusses internal and external factors influencing change, such as economic conditions, technology, organizational culture, and innovation. Key theories covered include those of Lewin, Kotter, McKinsey's 7-S Framework, ADKAR, and the role of change agents. The article highlights the crucial role of leadership in crafting a clear vision, addressing resistance, and maintaining effective communication to help organizations adapt and thrive amid continuous change.
